- How would you introduce yourself and your job to a non-technical person?
I’m a Rich User Experience’s Creator. I build applications to make your life more easy, happy and above all, to make you turn on your computer just to use my application =)

- How did you get started with Flash?
Im start on the last year of high school, when i see a presentation from one of my teacher’s and just think “i wanna do this”, im start to learn about it, and with this i can get my first job on this area, webmaster of my faculty on UNAM (my university)

- Who or what is your inspiration?
My inspiration is my aunt Laura, because when I was 7 years old she show me a ‘C’ program and it printed on the screen “Hola Sergio” (means “Hello Sergio)” and afterward’s I decided to make the computer say “Hi to Everybody” =)

- What does a typical day look like for you?
I wake up at 7 o’clock, then I take my breakfeast… meanwhile I check my email, read some news and upload music to my iPod, go to job; in the afternoon go to the trainning football. When im back to home I take one or two hours to read some flash/php tutorials or news, and then I check some stuff about anything related to Flash. Then I take my dinner, watch my tv series, send my last tweet and gotoAndSleep();

- What are your thoughts about the Flash community in general, what do you like or what would you like to see change?
I see the community over the world its really big and awesome, you can get help from any people from any side of the world, and the language isn’t a problem!!! I think also that in many countrys the flash community concept is not familiar, for example, in Mexico every day we meet new flashers/flexers who say me “awesome really in mexico we have a AUG WOW how can I join them?” and at this point at RIActive (Mexican AUG) we start to make some changes to make our community be known all over in Mexico!! and why not… have in every state an AUG as well. Another thing I like a lot is to had more international AUG interaction.

– How do you see the future for yourself and for the Flash Platform?
I see a lot of job for myself and make reality my dream to founding my own company, following the nice evolution of the Flash Platform. I see more easy ways to develop RIA, better experiences and wonderful interaction with other technologies, and why not? make the Flash Player full open source… just imagine the posibilities…
